The largest building in the Castilian Technical   Center complex is at 70 Castilian Drive in Goleta.  This building at 84,874 sq. ft. is one of the three designed by Lenvik & Minor Architects.  The buildings are all two-story, tilt-up construction designed as "shell" buildings with no tenant at the time of design and start of construction.  The building design provides for flexibility in tenant types and size of space.
